    non-profit area running club. In addition to     competing in numerous races, we offer
    year-round training runs, an interval

Training/Workouts

Join us all year for track workouts, cross-country runs or long distance training.

Winter/Spring:

Tuesdays, 6PM at Delaware Park. Meet at the "Boy and His Dog"
statue (The Indian Hunter) for hill repeats or other workout.

Spring/Summer/Fall:

Track workouts with Coach
Ken Hans at the Buffalo State
College track.

Fall:

Join the GBTC X-country team to compete
in the 2010 Upstate New York Cross Country Series. Weekly workouts to be announced
